What We Will Compare, And What We Will Not
Not everything in travel can be compared honestly. A comparison is only worth publishing when it meets all four of these tests, and we would rather leave a gap than fill it with a ranking built on review scores.

That rules out "best hotels" and "best restaurants" lists, which rest on aggregated ratings we cannot verify and you cannot audit. It rules in anything where the seller has written the terms down: what a package includes, what a policy excludes, what a contract forbids, what a price table says.
How We Do It
Two methods, because two different things are worth comparing. Some differences show up only in a price, and those have to be collected simultaneously or they are not comparable at all. Others live in a contract, where no price is involved and the document itself is the evidence.

Both share the same rules. Every figure and every clause is published with the date it was read. Where an operator's page does not state something, we write "not stated" rather than "no" - that is a claim about the page, not about the product, and the distinction matters. We take no commission, carry no affiliate links, and show no operator a page before it is published.

Do You Earn Commission From These Comparisons?
No. There are no affiliate links, no commission arrangements and no paid placements anywhere on this site, and no operator is given sight of a comparison before it goes live. That is the whole reason these pages can say what they say.
Why Do You Not Compare Hotels Or Restaurants?
Because the comparison would rest on aggregated review scores, and those are neither verifiable nor stable. We compare things whose terms the seller publishes itself: what a package includes, what an insurance policy excludes, what a contract forbids. If we cannot show you where a claim comes from, we do not make it.
How Often Are These Comparisons Updated?
Contract terms and inclusion lists are re-read when we have reason to think they have changed, and every page states when it was last checked. Live prices are the perishable part: they describe one departure date read on one day, and we say so on the page rather than implying they hold generally.
